Shipping & Delivery

Australian orders

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days and express shipping typically takes 1–5 business days once dispatched — delivery times are estimates and will vary depending on your location.

 

International orders and customs

International orders are sent via Australia Post and typically take 2–4 weeks once dispatched. Please allow a little extra time as delays can occur due to customs clearance. Bo and Ho is not responsible for any customs or importation charges — these are the customer's responsibility.

 

Shipping Information/tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout — once an order is shipped we're unable to make changes to the delivery address. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. Please note that claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, and claims cannot be made for orders selected as 'Authority to Leave' that are not received.
