Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

It depends on the piece! My stainless steel collection uses 316L surgical steel hooks and huggies which are hypoallergenic and suitable for most people with sensitive or reactive skin. However, some pieces such as my gold-plated brass huggies are not recommended for sensitive ears. If you love a piece but need hypoallergenic hooks, just message me and I can swap them to surgical steel where possible. Check the individual listing for material details or feel free to message me if you're unsure!


How is my order packed?

All Bo and Ho orders come carefully packaged in a branded kraft gift box or cotton bag. If you are ordering multiple pieces these will be packed into the same gift box to reduce wastage. If you want separate gift boxes for each item (e.g., they are gifts) please leave us a note on your order at checkout or contact us directly once you have placed your order.


Can you include a gift message?

Absolutely! If you'd like a gift message included with your order, just leave the message in the notes section at checkout. We'll make sure it's tucked in with your parcel.


Care instructions

Each order includes a care card with full instructions for your specific piece. As a general rule, store your jewellery in an airtight bag or box away from other metals, and avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, and lotions. Remove non-stainless pieces before showering, swimming, or sleeping to keep them looking their best. Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof and safe for everyday wear including showers and the beach!


How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being received. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help!


When will my order arrive?

Once dispatched, Australian standard orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days; express orders within 1–5 business days. International orders typically take 2–4 weeks. All timeframes are estimates and vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's progress.


What is your returns & exchanges policy?

We want you to love your Bo and Ho pieces! If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer full refunds and exchanges. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@boandho.com.au and we'll sort it out for you. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
